- Single and or multiple wire meshes together bonded by
Aluminium/ Copper/ Stainless Steel cladding forms spin pack
filters.
- Woven as well as Non-woven/sintered Filter media from
10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 micron is used in the assembly depending
upon customer's requirement.
- Meshes are duly calendered and cleaned ultra-sonically
before assembly to prevent from any foreign materials.
- Spin Pack Filters are manufactured using precise and Maintained
Tooling and Power Presses.

Duly Calendered and Cut precisely, uniformly
using specially developed Tooling Manufactured in different
shapes Inner- outer Diameter, circular, rectangular and oval
with customer's design within specified tolerances. Wire meshes
are cleaned ultra-sonically before packing. Spot welding operation
is being carried out using specially designed fixture for
individual component, with maintained concentricity and firm
spot weld joint. Multi mesh circular screens are specially
used in BOPP film plant, woven sacks, PET & non-woven
fabric plant.
