stages of manufacturing. The quality control laboratory is
equipped with the latest testing equipments and instruments.
Physical testing of SUNLOCTM Capsules ensures compliance with
the statutory obligations as well as customer specification.
Quality control covers mainly three areas: Testing of raw
material, In-process control and Testing of finished
capsules.

WHO - GMP guidelines are followed strictly in our product
manufacturing and testing. Validation of process parameters, cleanliness
and testing methods are being practiced along with calibration of our instruments.
The SUNLOCTM capsules are tested and monitored by our
trained in-process quality control team as per stringent
specifications. Prior to sending the material to packing
section "Acceptable Quality Level" is maintained
for better machinability at our customers' end.
